17 week Sprint Training Schedule

I've finally completed modifying my training schedule! If anyone has any suggestions, feel free to let me know! I'm incorporating the 8k training program we're doing (running Wed/Sat with a group) as well as trying to get in Nog runs and Fleet Feet Fun runs as much as possible.
